Manzanilla olives are beginning to change colour and now feel as if there is oil present. We will likely start harvesting in the next two weeks. This is much earlier than our previous years start.. This year has been really dry and as we rely on rainfall to water  thismay have  contributed to a smaller crop.  Always exciting to see what we can harvest and how the oil tastes.

Sold Out  - Sadly

A combination of increased demand and smaller harvest due to weather and birds means we have completely sold out. The good news is that the fertilization of this current year seems excellent. We are looking forward to August where olive oil will be in good supply again.
