New beginning.  Our website, magically disappeared on me

Manzanilla olives are beginning to change colour and now feel as if there is oil present. We will likely start harvesting in the next two weeks. This is much earlier than our previous years start.. This year has been really dry and as we rely on rainfall to water  thismay have  contributed to a smaller crop.  Always exciting to see what we can harvest and how the oil tastes.

We have almost finished harvesting. After the last entry we realised the birds were getting stuck into the crop . We have now harvested most of the crop with only one days to go. The oil tastes great but will need a little while for settling before bottling.
