Lemon and Garlic Sauce for Grilled Fish

60ml water                        

150ml OIlve Oil

Juice of 1 lemon               

2 cloves garlic sliced

Handful Parsley chopped

1 tsp  Oregano

Scald the water in a pan but don’t boil. Put the olive oil in a bowl and beat in the water lemon garlic, and herbs until amalgamated  Cook then for 5 mins over bain marie stirring all the time
